T.I. Back In Prison Over Reality Show

T.I. is back in prison until September 29th, 2011 because of his pending VH1 reality show.  On August 31st, 2011, T.I. was released from a federal facility in Forrest City, Arkansas and was suppose to be transported to a halfway house in Atlanta, Georgia.  The rules were that T.I. were to only travel with his wife and to not conduct any business.  It was previously reported that T.I. went back to federal custody because he showed up to the ATL halfway house on a tour bus. TMZ has found out that T.I. was sent back to federal custody due to meeting with his manager and VH1 Producers for his pending reality show.  Now, both T.I.’s manager and VH1 producers submitted letters saying they were not conducting business while riding with T.I. However, they did not deny speaking/being with T.I. on his ride to ATL halfway house.  Check out the document which tells the prison official side of the story here.

According to the incident report, when T.I. was released from prison on August 31, he was under specific instructions to be transported to his halfway house — where he would serve the remaining 30 days of his sentence — but he could ONLY travel with his wife … and he wasn’t allowed to conduct business on the bus.

But prison officials say T.I. also had his manager, along with 2 VH1 producers on board.  Prison officials believe T.I. and his crew were yakking about his reality show as well as a book — a violation of the rules.

The VH1 producers and T.I.’s manager have submitted letters claiming they were not conducting business, but prison officials didn’t buy it.
