The major change in the new Nike Zoom KD V from the Zoom KD IV is the strap has been removed. I was not a fan of the strap on the Nike Zoom KD IV which prevented me from copping a pair. The new Kevin Durant sneaker has a visible air max unit on the heel. The two major changes should boost sales especially after the success of Kevin Durant last NBA season.

Featuring a black leather upper, the KD V has accent colors of orange and blue to match his OKC Thunder jersey. We find the accent color of blue on the inner lining, laces, and Swoosh. The minimal accent color of orange lands on the tongue branding, eyelets, and on the side panel above the midsole.
